For Smart Balcony Systems: We provide 6 months of complimentary after-sales service starting from the installation date. During this period, any necessary repairs or damage-related servicing will be provided free of charge. After the 6-month period, service and repairs will be available on a paid basis, depending on the nature of the issue.
For Other Products (e.g., Kids Smart Watches): Each product comes with its own specific after-sales support and service terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund/Replacement Policy
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery, reported within 7 days of purchase.
Products must remain unused and in original packaging for a successful return or exchange.
